Shipping Policy
Everything is made to order
Nothing sits in a box waiting. Your piece is made after you order, so total delivery time is production time plus postage.
Production time
Ready-to-print pieces — allow 10 business days from when you order. There's no approval round, so these move straight into production.
Custom pieces — allow 15 business days from the moment you approve your final render, not from when you place the order. How long the approval stage takes depends on how quickly we settle the design between us.
Larger and more detailed pieces take longer either way; Some run over 40 hours of printing on their own.
I'll give you a realistic date when we confirm your design. If anything is going to run late, you'll hear it from me before the date, not after.
Rush processing (+$10) Moves your piece to the front of the making queue. It doesn't speed up printing or postage.

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in what you pay me, and are your responsibility as the importer. Charges vary by country and I have no way to calculate or control them. If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, I'm not able to refund it.
Tracking
You'll get tracking as soon as your piece ships. It can take 24 hours to start updating.
Getting your address right
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel goes to a wrong address you supplied, or is returned to me undelivered, reposting it will cost the postage again.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days domestically or 21 internationally, email hello@terratessera and I'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. I won't leave you chasing it on your own.
