What happens next

Ordering something custom shouldn't feel like a gamble. Here's exactly how it goes once you've placed your order.

Nothing prints without your approval

A mock-up. I'll build your piece and send you a mock-up to look over, so you can see the terrain and the crop before anything is committed to.

Up to three changes, free. Not quite right? Tell me what to adjust and I'll rework it. Three rounds are included at no charge — a different crop, other colours, a change to the engraving.

A final render. Once you're happy, I'll send a final render of both the model and the engraved base, so you know precisely what's arriving.

4

Your confirmation. I won't start printing until you confirm that final render. Not before.

I'd rather take the extra time and get your piece right than send out something that's only close.

I recieved my order quickly and it was packaged nicely with cute little touches like a wax stamp seal and free sticker. I absolutely love that I got to choose the colours and whether it was a puzzle or not. I chose the puzzle and am glad I did, as well as the name of the hike and the coordinates. Kim is a pleasure to communicate with and Im so grateful she could capture such a special hike to me that I can keep in tiny form forever 💖
